Our products

Nu-Maber offers a wide range of products: 4000 dpi HD photopolymer plates, a Kodak Flexcel NX system, engraved sleeves, water-washable plates, mounting sleeves.

Our company is equipped with next-generation machines: four ESKO CDI HD imagers for digital plates up to the maximum format size (132×203 cm), one KODAK Flexcel NX Wide line, and two fully-automated VIANORD lines for the development, drying and finishing of plates.

The finishing touches are performed by an automated plotter, allowing for customised plate cutting on customers’ request.

The production area is completed with two machines for the direct laser engraving of elastomer sleeves – our DirectSleeve – and of rubber-coated rollers, one grinding machine to re-use engraved sleeves, and a system for processing of Asahi AWP water-washable digital plates.

Nu-Maber is also distributor of mounting sleeves and adapters for flexo printing.
